I am a work in progess, but I would not have had the wake up call that I so desperatly needed, had it not been for me stumbling across Dr. Gregor and NutritionFacts.org

I had the pleasure of attending one of Dr. Gregor's FREE seminars, where he spoke in depth about the importance of establishing and maintaining a WFPB lifestyle. He is a highly skilled physician who backs up every word he speaks with facts and studies. 

NutritionFacts.org is Non-Proft, that in itself should speak volumes.
