I am so excited to start this fundraiser for Michael Greger, MD's nonprofit nutritionfacts.org.  His organization reviews all the research on nutrition and medicine "so we don't have to."  Dr. Greger and nutritionfactsorg are a big deal as they have done a great deal of good in this world. It is so gracious of Dr. Greger to take time out of his busy schedule to speak to our group next Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 6pm EST. I'll start the virtual event at 5:30pm and will show his 18 min TED Talk then. If you are able, please donate to this organization. You may choose to buy a t-shirt or book from his website instead. Another way to support them if finances are tight is to change nutritionfacts.org to your Amazon account charity (Amazon Smile) and a portion of the money you spend there goes directly to this charity without any additional cost to you.
